What is a drop?+
A drop is a time-limited offer from one of Copenhagen's best places. There's a limited number of coupons, and they can only be bought until the gate closes — or until they sell out.
When do new drops arrive?+
Twice a week: every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:05. Sign up so you get notified the moment a new drop opens.
How do I buy?+
Find the current drop, tap “Secure your ticket”, enter your name and email and pay. Then the coupon is yours.
How do I use my coupon?+
You get a unique code and a QR code on screen and in your email. Show the QR code in the store — the staff scan it and you get the product at the drop price.
How long is the coupon valid?+
The coupon can be used once within the period stated on the specific drop. An expired or already-used coupon can't be reused.
Can I give the coupon away?+
Yes — whoever shows the QR code in the store can redeem it. It only works once, so only share it with someone you trust.
I lost my email — what do I do?+
Write to hello@tickin.dk with the email you bought with, and we'll help you find your coupon again.
What if the store can't scan the code?+
Show them the code below the QR, or contact us at hello@tickin.dk right away and we'll sort it out.
Can I cancel a purchase?+
For offers tied to a specific date, the right of withdrawal may be limited. The specific terms are stated on each drop and in our terms & conditions.
