Preliminary version — to be reviewed legally before full launch

1. Data controller

TickIn [legal name ApS], [address], VAT [VAT no. to be inserted], is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. Contact: hello@tickin.dk.

2. What we collect

On purchase: your name and email plus order details (which drop, amount, time). For the newsletter: your email. During payment, card details are handled by our payment provider — we never store them ourselves.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to complete the purchase, issue and send your coupon and provide support (legal basis: performance of a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). The newsletter is only sent based on your active consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Data processors

We only share data with suppliers who help us run the service — incl. hosting/database (Supabase, EU), email delivery (Resend) and payment (Flatpay). They only process data on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.

5. Storage

We store order and coupon data as long as necessary to deliver the service and comply with the Bookkeeping Act (as a rule 5 years). Newsletter consent is stored until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to the processing, and to data portability. If you've given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@tickin.dk.

7. Cookies

As a rule we only use technical cookies necessary for the site to work. If we later set statistics or marketing cookies, we'll ask for your consent first.

8. Complaints

If you're unhappy with our processing of your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
