Preliminary version — to be reviewed legally before full launch
1. Seller
TickIn [legal name ApS], VAT [VAT no. to be inserted], [address to be inserted], email hello@tickin.dk. TickIn facilitates time-limited offers (“drops”) from selected shops in Copenhagen: you buy a coupon with a unique code and QR, which is redeemed at the relevant store.
2. Prices and VAT
All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT. The price is shown clearly before purchase. Coupons are treated for VAT under the Danish and EU rules for vouchers; the specific treatment (single- or multi-purpose voucher) is confirmed by our accountant before sale.
3. Payment
Payment is charged at ordering via our payment provider. Card details are handled by the provider — we never store them ourselves. A purchase is binding once payment is completed and the coupon is issued and sent to your email.
4. Validity of the coupon
The coupon can only be redeemed once and within the period stated on the specific drop. An expired or already-redeemed coupon cannot be reused. The coupon can be redeemed by whoever presents the QR code in the store.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. However, for offers and experiences tied to a specific date or period (leisure activities), the right of withdrawal does not apply, and it also lapses once the coupon has been redeemed. Where the right of withdrawal applies, write to hello@tickin.dk within 14 days — we refund to the same payment method. (The final scope is confirmed legally before launch.)
6. Complaints
If you experience a problem, contact us at hello@tickin.dk and we'll find a solution. If we can't agree, you can complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (naevneneshus.dk) or via the EU Commission's online platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
7. Personal data
We process your details (name, email) to complete the purchase and send your coupon — see our privacy policy. Newsletter signup is voluntary and requires separate, active consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
